VIC:Moran found gun, car at her home

Gangland widow JUDY MORAN has told the Victorian Supreme Court she found the gun and
getaway car allegedly used in the murder of her brother-in-law .. at her property after
the shooting.

Giving evidence in her trial over DES "TUPPENCE" MORAN's murder in 2009 .. MORAN has
told the court she became emotionally upset and went to the scene after learning Mr MORAN
had been shot at a suburban deli.

She's also told the court SUZANNE KANE .. who's also accused of involvement .. informed
her after the shooting that there was a gun in her wardrobe and the getaway car was in
her garage.

MORAN says she then had a big row with KANE before ordering her out of the house.

She admitted to disposing of the gun and car but denies she was assisting anyone by doing so.

MORAN is accused of driving gunman GEOFF ARMOUR and MICHAEL FARRUGIA to and from the
scene where Mr MORAN was killed.

She's pleaded not guilty to murder and being an accessory after the fact.
